Thereās a website devoted to scamming the notorious 419 Nigerian scammers that involve convincing them to do all sorts of innane things for the sake of the scam. Some of which includes them holding signs or even getting tattoos of various slogans such as āpwned by Steamwalkerā and various other things to make them the butt of a joke. That would be a pretty nasty tattoo to have.

The Texas stamp is just wrong. Why would some one do that to themselves?
And it doesnāt even match with the theme. Wellā¦maybe it does.
That big olā fly or bumble bee crawlinā on his brain is a nice touch. 
I think it is a roach.

I dunno if those are the absolute worst, but I must say he makes a strong case.
Yes, the art is very well done, however, it might haunt him in the future should he ever wish to try and get a job at Walt Disney World.
I would question the responsibility of the Tattooist.
A friend of mine runs a Tattoo place around here and she is very fussy about age and the aftermath of her work. She turns down more people than she works on.
When Mrs. D. got a small tat a few years ago, the tattooist spent more time talking about her reasons for it than doing it.
