windows media player

I’ve never used this before, so I’m kinda clumsy with it.

I’m trying to figure out how to get a track on the CD I’m listening to to repeat.

How do I do it?

Can I assume that you’ve gone into the Play menu, and clicked Repeat? If not, well…do so. Then, if its just one song (or any number of songs for that matter, you should be able to delete them from your playlist. Just click on all the “unwanted” songs, and hit Delete. (And I’m giving info. without testing it on my Windows Media Player first, so if it doesn’t work, I’m truly sorry.) Hope this helps.

I don’t know if this is the BEST way, but you can select all the ones you don’t want to play (hole down CTRL and click all the ones you don’t want to play), right-click, and choose “Disable Track” or something like that. Then make sure “Repeat” is checked under “Play” on the menu bar, and you’re good to go!

Since you can’t “delete” tracks on a CD in WMP, this should work for you.

This is what I get for using only the AOL one for years, I don’t know how to use anything else.

I did that but it doesn’t seem to repeat…

Yay! That worked.

This CD (Sinéad O’Connor, She Who Dwells In The Sceret Place Of The Most High Shall Abide Under The Shadow Of The Almighty) has 19 tracks so I had to disable 18 to get the one (O Film Et Filiae) to repeat. :stuck_out_tongue:

Whew! That’s a relief!

Hi All

First post, so here goes my virginity!!!

Easiest way i’ve found if i want to isolate one track from a CD is to rip the one track from the CD using audiograbber… http://www.audiograbber.com-us.net/download.html

Then just click on the one track that is now on your hard drive and it’ll play ad infinitum.

Hope that’s some help.
