Last I knew, Dean Karres lived in Wichita, but I haven’t heard anything from him in several years, and his website link hasn’t worked in some time.
Dean used to live in Wichita, then he mved to Kansas City, he now live in Southern Illinois.
I don’t know of any pipers in the Wichita area any more (but there may be some), but two hours down the road is Kansas City which happens to feature Kirk Lynch and a few of us budding pipers.
