Are you sure this is a wind instrument? It sure looks electronic to me. I built something that resembles it when I was a kid. I think the kit was billed as an electric organ; it had about 12 notes and kind of buzzed.

I have one exactly the same. Made by Seamus O’Flaherty. Good for the normal two octaves but harder to get up into the top one. Takes patience and practice, lot’s of both. You have to blow pretty hard.
