Does anyone know of any whistle teachers in the Sacramento area?

Try Kline Music on 12th street, right across the street from Sac City College. A lady who works there plays fiddle and pennywhistle in an Irish group. I can’t be for certain whether she teaches whistle, but I’m sure she teaches violin.
