Take one block of polymer clay, the kind that hardens in the oven. I used a 3x4x2 inch block.
-
Create holes by driving into the block a lacquered or plastic chopstick. Fit chopsticks in holes with the pointy side up. I made four holes for four high whistles. Remove the chopsticks.
-
Harden the block in the oven according to the instructions.
-
After cooling, glue the chopsticks into the holes. The chopsticks should fit snuggly.
Voila. One custom whistle stand for the woodshop impaired. For more whistles, use a larger block and more chopsticks.
