My mother is travelling to Israel on February. She is going to travel across the country.. Does anyone know any shop where she can buy a whistle for me? I’m not looking something odd, just a Walton’s Mellow D or a Dixon Trad..

I actually know where can I buy those through internet, but living in Argentina I can’t pay a whistle+shipping so easily. Even less if the whistle is just for 10-30 dollars (it isn’t worth). Plus, I don’t have credit card 
I just want to take advantage of this opportunity and ask my mother for a whistle once she’s staying there.
