I have someone coming to Finland from Plymouth/ Exeter/Exmouth area. Are there any shops there where you can find Dixon ‘trads’ or other interesting whistles? G’s, Clarkes or other cheapos not in question now.

I live in Exmouth and there is NOTHING here in the whistle line. Exeter has a music shop but only Gens. Not sure about Plymouth, but I wouldn’t be too optimistic! Could they order something from Hobgoblin or Big Whistle and bring it? Or email Tony Dixon - he lives in Devon and might provide a Trad! Sorry I don’t have his email address but should be on the main site here. Not a lot of help I’m afraid.
Ok. Just as I thought. When I briefly visited there some time ago I had no time to find a music shop there. I bought a Clarke MEG from London, but it was also an “ordinary” music shop, whistlewise. I bought a ukulele, too 
Same thing in every country, you 've got to know the right place.
