Wouldn’t it be COOL to have one of the whistle retailers start a “Whistle a Month” club for all of us suffering from WHOA. You know, kind a like the CD clubs.
A different whistle or whistle paraphanalia could be featured each month for club members, maybe at a special price. Who knows, this might be a good way to help us satisfy our obsessive behavior.

geeeeeez i think i am in the whistle a week category
I think I’m not unique in this…I am on the search for the perfect whistle. It’s not an obsession…no really it’s not!!!
I sigh as I look at the pile of whistles on my desk, which include a Susato set, a Susato low D, a Generation, two Clarkes, two Waltons (one has a wide bore, I’ve also been called a wide bore but that’s different!), a tweaked-up Guinness, an original Sweet, and a Sweet Killourhy.
I have ordered some whistles that aren’t here yet, a VSB Susato D, a Dixon D, and a Clare 2-piece D.
But I still stubbornly maintain it’s not an obsession!!! No really it’s not!!! Aaarrrggghhh!!!
Maybe the whistle-a-month thing ain’t such a bad idea after all…
