Hi all,
I was very curious to find out when the chat room gets some heads in. Im from Australia and the last four times I visited the room, it was empty. SOB,SOB!! I know that like now in Aus, when its 8pm (12 April)here its something like 10 am same day in the UK, and even earlier in the Us.
Anyway, id love to find out if there a couple of popular times throughout the day, so I can have some company.

We, so far, don’t have an established chat time. Your best bet is to go into the chat room by yourself while you surf in another window. That way, someone will see “one user chatting” on the forum index window and come chat within the time you are there. The biggest chats are late evening and weekends US time, but I chat with people in Asia and Europe by getting on early morning US time. Looking forward to a chat with you!

People used to use the old chat room quite a bit, but it developed a lot of bugs and they migrated to ICQ instead. If you lurk there occasionally, maybe it will start being used again… it was fun!

Dave, we are using the chat room and it is still fun. I chat with folks almost every day. Come in sometime and hang out a while. 
Some of us are there quite regularly…alone…L Come on in…I usually catch somebody..if I’m “lucky”..
There are actually some chatting right now…it’s 1 am Saturday night.

I could be mistaken, but I think you’re thinking of something else – the chat that’s being talked about here has only been around for a couple of months, and seems to be working fine (or no-one’s telling me it’s broken)…
