What is this tune? (1.8 meg mp3 file)

I have this tune rattling around my head…
I just learned Out on the Ocean…In Houston, they would always follow it with some other tune…today, I learned about 40% of this tune from a year old memory, and came home and realized I had a poor quality recording of the tune taken from session in 2001 (I am not the whistler playing).

Can anyone help me out with a tune name?
