I have a jar of honey and it has crystalized; doesn’t pour from the jar, etc. Anyone know how to make it useable again?? Seems a waste to just throw it away.
I have a similar predicament. A friend of mine says that if I heat it up (say, in a tub of hot water), it’ll go back to normal. I haven’t tried.
yep - very slowly heat it. You can do it in the microwave, but do it in 10 second bursts - and shake it in between. But it’s probably better to do it in a double boiler.

Just one caution, if its packaged in the little plastic Bear container, they crumple at 30 seconds in the mic.

Well, that’s all it took to crumple his head and make him all crooked like.
Absolutely no harm done!!! Just warm it up a bit. It’ll liquify again. You might be able to do it just by soaking the whole jar in very hot tap water or by setting it in the sun.
