My wife and I ordered our new whistles today.
She opted for the Sasuto D (Engraved) And I ordered the Dixon whistle in D. We went “The Whistle Shop” I figure this will keep me satisfied till I can afford a Parkhurst whistle (She wants a Silkstone)..Now we just have to wait till Wednesday..Hopefully Thom has the Dixon in stock

Thom is very personable.
I don’t know if you’re new to whistles or not but if you are, in my view the advise of starting off with a Sweetone or Clare D before going to a Low D is (pardon the pun) sound advice.

I’m not getting the Low D..I’m getting the Soprano D, We,ve dealt with Thom pretty much
exclusively, The one time we did’nt we got saddled with two Feadod D’s that wouldnt play regardless of any amount of tweaking
