Does anyone have or know where I can find music (dots) to The Wedding Reel? I found it at session.org, but it doesn’t sound quite like the one Lúnasa plays. Then again, that might be because I’m playing it at a snails pace. Anyone know?
The main version at thesession is accurate but very slightly simplified. The transcription given listed in the Comments by “Will CPT” of Sean Smyth’s playing is more accurate and fairly spot-on. At speed, either one sounds fine.
Search for “Wedding Reel” here and you’ll find a version that credits Lunasa:
