Does anyone know if there is a difference between the WD Sweet Black Pearl whistle ( http://wdsweetflutes.com/black-pearl.php) and the Sweetheart WD Sweet Model Pennywhistles in Plastic ( http://www.sweetheartflute.com/whistles.html )?
Could it be the same whistle with two names? or perhaps it is two distinct whistles that were designed by the same maker?

I do not know for certain. I have some thougts on the differences in mind but do not want to contribute to mythology here.
Your best bet is to ask Walt Sweet himself either through PM here or through the contact page on his website. He may pop in here and shed some light too. He was last spotted n the Flute forum earlier today - something about a “tootsweet”.
