I have been unable to obtain the application form from the Na Piobairi Uilleann website for 2005 WCSS (although I am a member), and apparently need to submit that with my fee for preregistration. I cannot even access the www.pipers.ie website anymore. Are any of you able to access this application form in a format that can be emailed to me?..or better yet, posted here for anyone else having my problems? Thanks.
You can call them 011-353-1-873-0093 and they might be able to do it all over the phone.
