harvey-boymusic is a seller of whistles on ebay who likes to take your money and then stiff you. I sent payment for 4 walton’s little black whistles nov. 30 and received one. I had checked the seller’s feedback and it was clean. right after I sent payment, the bad feedback started coming in from other people who got cheated. there are 50 of us now.
P.S. I tried to contact them several times and once they responded that they would send them right out-still nothing and they won’t respond now.

what gets me is the guy has had 51 negative feedbacks and 14 neutrals in the past month. He currently has 319 items up for sale and people are still bidding on them!! People with high feedback ratings who should know better, not just newbies! To coin a phrase - how dumb can you be and still breath? (I do NOT mean you Bagfed, I mean the ones currently bidding - just felt I should clarify that!)

Someone should write to eBay and tell them what this seller is doing! It would sound more legitimate coming from someone who’d had trouble with him. I had a problem on eBay with someone who used stolen credit cards to pay for things he bought from me. Luckily, the bank got in touch with me before I sent the items out! But I warned eBay and so I guess the guy just set up another fake account with another stolen card, but perhaps in this case you can affect a lasting change. Good luck.

I guess the seller was trolling for bottom feeders, and found one.
Bottom feeder?
What’s your deal?
I checked the feedback and it was pretty good. they started doing this less than a week from the time I sent payment. The item was selling for their set price. It’s not like I was paying a dollar for an item nobody bid on.
JessieK,
I have talked to other “victims” who have contacted ebay’s fraud dept. I am getting the seller’s phone number etc. One person said they have called them several times and harassed them into getting assurances the item would still be sent. We’ll see.
