Thanks Dale. That was refreshing. I just sat through a hair appointment in the company of a couple of craggy South Baltimore sisters whose views are as crusty and unyielding as their hairdos…and I knew there was nothing constructive or useful I could say to them, so I just winced.

That WAS a good group. WASn’t it?
