Waltens Guinness Tweek

Well for days now I have been trying to get this little dareling in tune. I could get the G in tune but then the D was out and visa a versa. I finaly just split the difference on my little electronic guital tuner and thought I would have to settle for that. Then I checked out James` website and he had some pretty radical tweeking proceedures on one of these. I chickened out on most of them but the simplest one was to rap some tape around the end of the whistle effectivly making it longer. TA DA. D is in tune G is in tune and I am a happy camper. I think this whistle gets a bad rap. Very expresive, quite yes but solid. And the occational squeek can be used to imitate seaguls in sea chanties. This realy is a sweet sounding whistle.
Thanks James for the idea.

He’s referring to “Frankenwhistle</A](http://www.flutesite.com/frankenwhistle.htm">Frankenwhistle</A)>”.

Ah, I see Andrea beat me to the draw!
