oh the agony. oh the pain! if i wait any longer for my M&E rudall copy to arrive i’ll shrivel up like a prune. i think about it every day and the stupid postman always walks past my flat

I got mine about 2 weeks from putting the check in the mail - this from the Empire of Family Values too (er, USA).
And yes, you will like it a lot! JUst tonight a fiddler commented on how cool the R&R seal looked on mine

But look on the bright side. When it arrives you won’t have to limit yourself to 10 or fifteen minutes a day while you break it in.

I bet you are feeling sad and in need of a hug! A warm bath and a cup of tea might cheer you up. I recommend it. Maybe some chocolate, too. (It really helps!)
I was very fortunate today to get not one, but TWO hugs. Really good hugs, too. Not those arm’s-length standoffish hugs, but full-grab squeezes! I felt soooo fortunate.
Sigh. Usually, I go six weeks in between those hugs, beside which all other hugs pale in comparison. I had to be pried loose from the last one. 
I’ll be happy to share one with you, if you’d like.
