I just bought these second hand and initially very pleased. The navigation of settings is somewhat complex and I must have screwed things up because (even after calibration) they’re not sounding as good as before. I’m looking for a way to factory reset but cannot find how to do this. ‘Reset’ doesn’t do it because a preset I set up is still there after I press on that. Can anyone help?
