I don’t buy the outside gigs line in the description, but I’d say a Howard is definitely worth at least $50 with the lip mucus/chew marks and finger tarnish. It ought to clean up well.

Unless it is one of the early Howard Low D whistles. Rotten intonation between the octaves, not to mention the balance.
