Thanks to everyone for reading this post. My mother is recording a new album and intends to have it finished by early Autumn. I play whistle and flute on several tracks. One one track I play an A whistle made by John Sindt. My mom and I have agreed that it would be nice to have a deeper pitched whistle harmony as well, so I am seeking a BASS A whistle, preferably an Overton. It would also be nice to use an Overton A for the high whistle part so that the two whistles would be matched tonally, but that is less important.
So… does anyone on this board have a bass A whistle that they would be willing to loan me for a couple of weeks? I guarantee that it will be treated with the utmost of care and respect and I will, of course, pay for shipping both ways.
