Upcoming Robbie Hannan CD Review

Uilleann Pipes

Perhaps, some of you may know that I have penned a few articles, interview’s, and transcriptions over the years for " The Piper’s Review." Due to a minor snafu, the editor ended up with two CD reviews for Robbie Hannan’s new record “The Tempest!” Though my transcription of the title track will appear in the Review, my CD review will not.

So, instead of circular filing the review, I’ll be posting it here for popular consumption shortly.

enjoy!

Your message flagged up my own snafu…at the uilleann pipers meeting in Seattle on 9th November I talked with Tom Creegan about putting an advert in the Pipers Review to let people know about new uilleann CDs and DVDs at bagpipediscs (including the Hannan CD you reviewed). However I managed to put it on the back burner until I saw your post, then eamiled Tom and found the Review had already gone to print…
