Agreed, Mukade. They look exactly alike… right down to the knobs on the tuning pins… same square & flat hole covers/pads… teardrop keys.
So… “Who made them?” might be a difficult question to answer, as I’ve yet to see any names associated with Pakistani UP products.
I could be seeing things, but that stuff supporting the regs in the picture look like the innards of a case specifically designed to keep the regs snug and the keys safe. Anyone that has purchased pakistan regulators see this?
Hmmm… it looks to me like the sprayed-on material that is used in the bed of a pick up truck… a spray-on bedliner… though I see that there’s a screw holding it down in the 1st pic, so maybe it’s not the spray-on type but rather the sheet of the stuff that goes in the bed of a pickup truck.

Yea, I got them off of a Highland Piper who had them laying around for a long time. Im pretty sure without a doubt that they are from Pakistan, almost positive… But they were made very well whomever made them… The Highland piper also had a full set of Jeffries that he sold for $1500 and I almost rung his neck for not telling me he had them for sale so cheap…
Oh yea its the tailgate of my Pickup truck, that answers that question…

my point was it looked like the inside of a case . . . possibly a case that Other Worlds Music sends with their regulators, which would possibly lead to an answer to the original question. but no, it’s the back of the pickup truck.
I do agree that the regs are well made. My compliment was your cue to talk about how long you have been making regulators, and how much work it took to make those 
even if you didn’t make them.
Just wanted to make It clear that I didnt make these, and I never said I made these… If I made these they sure wouldnt be on ebay for $450. I only make singe 5 key regs and Its a part time thing(hobby), Im not trying to do anything big… I do what I can in my spare time and enjoy what I do…
