ok, ive been having trouble with my walton for a day or so, and while trying to clean it with my rod, the fipple just poped right off, which i think is the reason ive bean having problem (it moved and wasnt’ tuned right anymore) ive been trying to find my old tunage back again, and also trying out different positions trying to see if i like them, and if i just barley put the fipple on, on the very end, its gets pretty deep, but it ends up that the A is really flat, and the C is a little sharp (its in the key of C btw)… so back to trying to find my origanail tune, ta ta

I suspect you didn’t get many replies because the way you use English is a bit confusing.
Waltons whistles are out of tune with themselves. IIRC the bell note (C in this case) is usully very sharp. Putting some gummy tack in the open end usually fixes this, and only flattens that one note (in both octaves).
The F# is often very flat. A drill or small rat-tail rasp can fix that.
