I have been asked to play a tune called TREE OF LIFE for lent at church. I do have the music for piano, but when I play the tune it really doesn’t fit. This relates to my D miner thread because I will be assisted by guitar.

I was wondering if anyone has played the tune or better yet is there a site that I can get the music in whistle format.

If you’re talking about the Shaker hymn, I have a photocopy of some sheet music for it in the key of D, but I play it in the key of G on a D whistle. It’s a very lovely tune. What key is the sheet music you have? You could try transposing to G, then play it on a D whistle.

Its in D minor. I am planning on playing my portion of the tune using a Low F.
