I would like to trade a Blackwood busman D with a wee repaired crack for Burke black tip in D made of Brass, either model, or a brass high D laughing.

I wish I had either of the whistles you want; I’d make this trade in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, I traded my high D Laughing whistle away some time ago, and I’ve never owned a brass black-tip Burke. Oh well…
