This is a tunable low d. The mouthpiece and tuning slide are made from Jubilee grey PVC. The mouthpiece is from stock tubing and the tuning slide is turned from a solid block. This makes for a somewhat chunky appearance. The mouthpiece is a bit on the large side, but not any worse than a Susato low d. This is somewhat balanced by the sleek sand blasted and buffed aluminum tube.
The finger reach and air requirements would be in the medium range. The sound is quite nice, being somewhere between the fluteyness of a Copeland and the more traditional sound of my Overton.
What would I trade for? I like new and different (not necessarily odd) instruments. Try me. If you have an A, low G or low Eb Overton that you would do a partial trade on, cool. Otherwise, I am open to any consideration, including a trade for cash.
