I spent a few months trying to convince myself not to buy any new whistles, and then a few more months trying to convince myself I should. I finally ordered two Freeman tweaked Gen’s, a D and a C, with brass bodies. I waited anxiously for them to arrive for almost two weeks and they’re finally here! Unfortunately finals are also almost here so I don’t have time to really get to know them since my roommates aren’t too fond of having their studies interrupted. Not to mention that I don’t have much time to interrupt my own studies. They just sit there and beg to be played but alas, I cannot. Or not as much as they deserve. Oh woe is me. I might start planning my next whistle purchase to take my mind off of the injustice of it. Maybe a Bb.
What is “convince” except the wishes of others?
Buy the Bb - and remain blisfully wishless
