Anybody know of any recordings of Tommy Potts other than the wonderful Liffey Banks and whether or not they are commercially available, or indeed have ever been?

The only commercially available material I know of is from the 70s a recording called ‘the Gathering’ with Andy Irvine Donal Lunny Paul Brady and that crowd. Potts played a few tracks with them. Peadar O Louhglin and a few friend of Potts compiled a CD that project was finalised over two years ago I suppose that is still waiting for release[and eagerly awaited].
There is a fair number of ‘home recordings’ doing the rounds I have a good forty minutes recorded by Rita Byxbe in Potts’ home in 1964.
michael O Suillebhean did alot of work on Potts including extensive videorecording some of that was broadcast on Come West along the Road
Is that the one where the tape opens up with an American woman introducing him (“This is Tom Potts of Dublin, Ireland…playing fiddle”), and later when he’s playing The Blackbird (air), her young kid starts banging away on a toy xylophone?
I have a copy of that but never knew who recorded it.
That bit is not on my tape. A friend of mine got a batch of the original tapes off Rita I don’t think a lot her stuff was in circulation except for the Clancy recording she made also.
