Ok, gag if you want to, but exactly one year ago today I received my first whistles in the mail. You remember the feeling, right? Filled with excitement and ancipation, you put your fingers on the holes, put your lips on the mouthpiece, and blow… and this horribly screechy sound comes out, and you think, “oh my, something’s wrong with this whistle!” Well, I’ve come a long way since then, and I think it’s safe to say, one year and ten whistles later, that it’s not just a passing phase but rather something that I will enjoy for the rest of my life. Just wanted to share!
