Tipple Dimple Addiction?

Well, I did it again. I couldn’t wait. So, yesterday, I received a “Dimpled Tipple D” (say that three times fast) to go with my recently acquired E-flat. Same impressions as before: VERY NICE SOUND - WELL TUNED - EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD VALUE. This one really is supposed to be saved for Christmas – my wife insists, and she’s starting to look quite stern about it. But, once again, I’m having trouble letting go. Oh, the conflict! Is it possible that something about PVC can be addictive? Could it be the satin-smooth finish, the sturdy weightiness, the mellow yet edgy tonality, or some elfish spell placed upon it in Mr. Tipple’s shop? I think I’m beginning to understand Golum and his thing for the Ring a little better. :boggle:

Yes, definitely, it’s insidious, and delightful too!
