Three knocks

Are there any pipers out there?
Knock three times if there are.

depends on where “out there” is…
dave

Defining ‘‘out there’’ is something us
pipers should be able to do quite
easily.

Well, if only players of your own ability qualify as pipers, then count me out. Been trying to make progress for about 7 years though…

Christian

Well you know what they say-
‘‘It takes 7 years etc etc..’’
So only another 14 to go.
Only kidding.We’ll still be
learning when we’re 80..
That’s if we don’t CRACK UP
before then.:

Yes, I know what they say. Think I’ll go into extra time, though…

Who made your pipes, Christian?
I think a lot of it depends on developing
that LOVE -hate relationship with your
instrument!
It really bothers me if my pipes are’nt
good to me…

Who made your pipes, John?

[I’ve got a Rogge set…as advised by Trevor stewart…I think you might know Trevor as he’s based in Belfast]

Boyd

I wasn’t aware pipes had religous affiliations.

Dionys

Aye,there a demon to play. At the moment I’m playing a Dave williams set with a
McAloon boxwood chanter[I call her
Marlene and I worship her every
night …]

Johnny,

I play a Rogge concert set. Actually, I’m quite happy with it, usually it is good to me. It’s only sometimes that we are not in the mood for each other. So much for relationships…
