I know nothing about pipes, but these appear to be chanters. I dunno if this is for highland or uilleann pipes, and I certainly dunno if they’re desirable in any way. They appear to be highland pipes, though someone more knowledgeable than me will have to say if the quality is good, as I know almost nothing about the highland pipes.
These are Highland pipe practice chanters.
They appear to be well-made, might be by Hardy but I’m not at all sure, I don’t know that much about Highland pipes and the makers.
The metal thing at the bottom is a Boatswain whistle (not a musical instrument), I can’T figure out what the other metal thing at the top is, it looks a bit like a tent peg but not quite.
