hey yall
Im realy considering geting this cheif low d from dave. Just thought I would ask a couple mor people first befor I did it. I spoke with dave already so I know the characteristics of this certain whistle. I trust Dave fully , I just have some reservations.
I have a Chieftain Low D, and I really do like it a lot. It is the only Low D that I own, but I have played a few others, so I do have some perspective. Like others have mentioned recently about Chieftains, you will want to warm it up before playing, but once you’ve done so it has beautiful tone. I find it quite easy to play ornamentation and various subtleties on, as well. Overall, really a nice whistle.
