I figured it would be fun to see lists of the whistles people are trying to get. I’ll begin.
In random order:
1: Sweetheart Pro in D (not sure which one)
2: Sweetheart Resonance
3: Every Whistle
4: (Disco) Ghost Whistle (if he ever makes it work)
Post away people.
There’s only one on my list at the moment - an Orkon.

Ok, my list is over 30 whistles long and growing, but I’ll post my short-term plans.
Impempe in D and Bb
tweaked Clarke
Everywhistle (all the bodies!)
Mellow Dog
Improved Feadog
O’Brian telescoping whistle
This is not counting two big orders I will shortly be putting in to finish up my collection of all the cheapies being made.
I don’t plan to buy these in a long time, because I can’t afford any of them, but I’d like:
-Burke high D, low G and low F, low D
-Alba high D
-Humphrey high D/C/Eb, low G/F
-Susato low A
-GFM high D
-Overton high D (just dreaming )
…and all other whistles I don’t have. I’d like to have them ALL

I just received a Burke Brass Low G and have to say it is awesome! A Burke Low D Viper will be next on my list.
Bflat or G O’Riordan would be nice…
O’ Riordan
Burke
Susato
Chieftain
Every whistle
Mellow dog
I’m dieing to try those
I’m constantly looking at, and drooling over, unaffordable whistles. If I had to set priorities, though, I guess:
An O’Brien 3-piece wooden in D
A Syn set, Eb, C, D, and Bb
And I’m really interested in a good Native American flute
A Burke aluminum low Eb and and one of those Hudson Winds Handcrafted brass tinwhistles .
Alas, I am broke.
My desires are modest:
one of those cool-looking unpainted metal Clarkes
a brass Generation (my nickel one is slippery)
a Dixon whistle/piccolo set
a Hoover Blacktop
alas, my resources are less than modest. So I take a deep breath, and am content with the perfectly nice whistles I have.
I keep one in the apartment and one in my pickup’s glove compartment.
I scrub a little beeswax where my thumbs hit on nickel and polished aluminum whistles. It works on any slick whistle.
I think the brass sounds just a bit better.
squidgirl:
a Hoover Blacktop
I really enjoy my Hoover Blacktop on my Generation Bb tube. It’s my favorite whistle to play solo or with anyone willing to tune down.
Guess I will just dream too.
Not necessarily in order of desire:
Overton - low F
Busman - Osage Orange D and Bflat
Stonehenge
MK low D
Hoover black top and white top
and more… more… more!

My WhOA came to a screaming halt about two years ago when I discovered Overton was the perfect whistle for me. But I would like more of them!
Oh, what a good idea! Thanks!
