Just got back from Outer Banks vacation after a 13-hour drive, tired and hungry and the super kind of ran amok (in his usual positive fashion) in re-doing part of the apartment, so we hit dust and a demolished bathroom because he thought we’d be back two days later. But the Viper was waiting for me. Serpent timed it just right.
Really suits my tastes cosmetically - brushed finish brass with marvelous serpentine etchings - just gorgeous. I also decidedly like the heft and balance of the heavier old-style brass fipple ( I know others preferred a lighter delrin plug which I also like). On first tooting, seems just fine, but I will let you guys know in more detail after I really put it through its paces for a while.
It’s nice to get something bespeaking great care and effort and workmanship.
