Uilliam (or others), is there a way of posting Matt Kiernan´s photo in a downloadable form?

I see the Dublin Metropolitan Garda Ceilidhe Band has one piper, one fluter, a piccolo, french horn, contrabass, and bass drum – and ten fiddle players. I wonder how they sounded?
Uilliam- You have made my day! I read the article about piping Gardai and the name Sean O’Leary jumped out at me. I have been trying to find out about this man for years. Until now all I knew about him was that he had a set of pipes made for him by Willie Rowsome in 1924, and that in 1928 he came second in the Dublin Feis Ceoil, which was won that year by Leo Rowsome.
The reason I am so excited is that I play his pipes.

The inscription reads: “Sean O’Laoghaire, Iniscortaid, 1924” which translates as: Sean O’Leary, Enniscorthy (Co. Wexford).
I will find out if that is Garda O’Leary in the 1937 picture of the Dublin Metropolitan Garda Ceilidhe Band and also track down any available recordings.
Thank you again!
