Father Sky puts on a splended show over in Hawaii. I can see the band of the galaxy from my house, but it’s kinda faint.
Do you suppose these International Year of Astronomy types would send me to Hawaii so that I can see it too?

Only if you bring a telescope and camera and vow to spend more that 60% of the clear nights taking photographs of the night sky. ;p
Spending nights photogrphing the sky and days at the aquarium at Waikiki would suit me just fine.
