My not-so-good Feadog used to be my car whistle, but now that I’ve placed my Gen redcap on the Feadog barrel, it’s become a great whistle, so I want to replace it with my dodgy Sweetone C.
Temperatures in my car can reach 35 degrees Celcius (average is 28-30), so does anyone know if the Sweetone plastic mouthpiece can withstand that, or will it melt?
35? That’s like a cool day in Rio de Janeiro.

I’ve kept a Sweetone in the center console of my Jeep for a couple of years, and the mouthpiece hasn’t melted yet.
The Jeep is painted black, and the parking lot at work is asphalt… I don’t think yours would ever suffer through any worse conditions than that!

My car whistle is a black Sweetone D. So far, it’s survived a temperature range of -21F to probably 140F (summer day and dashboard). Still plays better than I do.
