Thanks for posting that, TSam! Made my evening… I love Particle Man! I remember watching it in college when it was originally aired on Tiny Toons.

The Tiny Toons writers made many odd cartoons of this type. I think they were just supposed to be weird.
I do miss broadband access…I’ll have to wait till I next take my laptop to school before I can download this.
