If you’re not familiar with the Tour, it allows you to sign up for the opportunity to try out a brand new Tedrow anglo concertina for 3 days, for just the cost of shipping in on to the next person on the Tour list. The tour can benefit YOU, if you’re interested in trying one of Bob’s concertinas; it benefits Bob, since your feedback will allow him to constantly improve his instruments; and it benefits Concertina.net since Bob auctions off the concertina at the end of the tour, and proceeds go to help keep the site running in a reliable and consistent manner.
As many of you have noticed, I haven’t had much time lately to devote to the site, so I’d like to take the opportunity here to issue a special thanks to Ken Coles for all his help over the past year in managing the site content and forums, and for taking charge of managing most aspects of this year’s Tedrow Tour details on Concertina.net. Thanks Ken! And of course thanks to all the site users for keeping it an interesting, fun and friendly spot for fellow Concertinaholics to gather.
