I will receive soon a set of drones :smiley:
I already own a practice set, and i would like to add the drones myself. Do you think it is a good idea, or much more a dangerous way ?
And how can i do it properly ?

Are the drones new or secondhand? which maker?
when new, why not send your practice set to the maker

If you know where you want to tie it in, but are not comfortable doing it
 Find a highland piper they will do a super job

Well, this is just an economic reason. And i thought that it is not very difficult to do by myself. But if I do it bad, it cost a leather bag :frowning: , so 
 I will see !

Tu dois faire attention Ă  comment tu vas placer ton “main stock”. Le jeu des regulators est dĂ©pendant de la position du “main stock”, il faut donc le plus rapidement prendre une bonne posture! Le mieux, serait de faire ça avec un “maker”.

c’est ce que je pensais faire. Mon probleme est que le maker qui m’envoie les bourdons se trouve en Irlande, et que ça m’embete un peu d’envoyer mon practice set simplement pour une question de montage 

En plus comme tu le fais remarquer, la position du main stock est trĂšs importante, donc il vaut mieux que je sois Ă  cotĂ© du maker lorsqu’il monte les bourdons. J’ espĂšre voir ça avec un facteur d’instrument installĂ© en France.
