Just as our in-house Germanophone said, H is our B (nat).
So the German notation H7 will be your B7 chord, i.e. B-Eb-Gb-A

I have a whole book that does the same thing with German. It’s called “Moerder Guss Reims” (sorry, I don’t know how to do an umlaut here). All the poems are complete nonsense in German, but read aloud they end up being all the Mother Goose rhymes. Lots of fun!
