Symtoms Receeding

I just wanted to thank all of you who helped me through my acute attack of WhOA last night. I dont think I could have made it with out you. Today is kinda hazzy....I seem to remember sending an email off to a Mr. Olwell...something about a bamboo flute in F....I dont know. And …oh ..oh ya I seem to remember hearing a song…I think it was Its a small World After All…or something like that…but it was strange…it was like it was being played on slide whistles or something…Oh well…must have just been a dream.
Soooo…one Elfsong in D, one Elfsong in E, the D; Blackmarble, the E; Sandys choice, one Water Weasel in D, one OBrians Improved and an Olwell Flute in F.
The desease seems to have gone into remission. I think I got off lucky. It could have been much worse.

Thank You

Tom

PS. That was more fun than I have had in a long time.

Now, I’ve only had my whistles for a month, but reading last night’s “episode” is giving me this strange craving…is there an antidote?

Tom, if it was fun once, it will be fun again. I have no idea how many times I’ve told my wife something to the effect of, “I’m done except for whistles X, Y, and Z.”

I can tell you that the last time was last night. All I want now is a Burke low-G, a Thin Weasel E, and a really good A. We actually had a good laugh over that, and she said something about the next really good deal that comes along.

The wonderful thing is that there isn’t a perfect whistle, just many good ones, all different.

Well, I didn’t sign on until it was almost over, but it sounded like a good time was had by all, Tom. Enjoy your new tunemakers!
