Hey people! It’s been ages since I was last here. Saw Lúnasa, dragged a couple of friends along and boy were they impressed. Heh. I was too. Great except Kev’s flute was stolen. Anyway - anyone have any idea what Sylvain Barou’s up to these days? I haven’t heard anything as of late.

That’s new for me! Kevin Crawford’s flute was stolen? And when? And how? And which one?
Poor fella’! Let me tell ye, that my favourite flute-player is Kevin Crawford. I like his style even more than Brian Finnegan’s, Michael McGoldrick’s, Skip Healey’s, Jean-Michel Veillon’s or Matt Molloy’s. (For the sake of safety: I love all of them, especially Matt; and I think the “Shadows on Stone” wasn’t any worse than any former CDs of his.)

Sylvain has been here at C&F a few times recently. If i remember right, they’re working on an album, they’ve been touring and playing a lot in Europe. The site says they’ll be in France July 31.
