hello, i am new player.i want to know if i must buy a susato dublin series or kildare series.is better the one of one piece or the other with two pieces an afinable.
thanks
I have Susatos in the keys of (high) C, D, Eb, E, F, G and low D and my only ones tunables (Kildare model) are the high D and the low D. The rest are non-tunable (Dublin model).
I like them all, I just wanted to have a tunable D because it’s the most common key to play with other people, so, it’s good to be able to tune the whistle if it’s necessary.
Anyways, I can tell you that all my non-tunable ones are as good as the tunable ones.
Cheers,
Martin
The tuning range is smaller than many whistles but I still like being able to tune it if needed.
ok.i´m going to buy the tunneable high D one.
i´m waching the ivory with laser gravement.its 18 usd more expensive than normal.
where can i buy it?only in the susato haouse?
i´m from the basque country near spain, and don´t know if the delivery is too much expensive.
I’m from Argentina and I bought two times directly from Susato. The attention is great, and I highly recommend buying directly from them.
If you are only going to buy one whistle, I don’t think the shipment costs will be higher than u$s 15-18.
Cheers,
Martin

the ship coast is 20$.
i hope that it will be a good whistle.
I’m happy with mine. ![]()
