You’d think that after 2,500 years, those Athenians could have found the time to tidy up a bit and take the construction crane down! That’s just sloppy. No wonder they lost their marbles.
I bet they’re probably still up on the acropolis somewhere, hidden under a pile of old tarps or buried under old scaffolding that no one’s touched since everyone got so tanked at Pericles’ retirement symposium they forgot what was where!
