I am stil practicing every day and every opportunity i can get and can play a number of songs although only by tonguing. Whenever i try to slur the whistle emits an awful sound one that a gentleman definately wouldn’t do in a ladies company. Have been learning Down by the Sally Gardens and all is well until i come to a D’ E’ D’ combination and all hell breaks loose. Shall keep on practicing and who knows i just might knock out an half decent tune one day,lol.

Don’t put yourself down too much mate. You’re probably better than you give yourself credit for. If you’re like me you’ll be your own worst critic. Keep it up and have fun.
